Novotel team was always ready to help and very friendly. We stayed for a long time and had a really good experience throughout. The location was perfect, as they have all the public transport access nearby. Loved how happily we were welcomed every morning by the Indian lady; she was very sweet, and we were really happy to have chosen Novotel. Highly recommended.

Had the most wonderful weekend trip as a family of 4. Location is very central, with ideal connection to subway. Room was very comfortable, modern, spacious and clean - breakfast was good.
