Poor service. No house keeping No change of towels Heater/air-conditioning unable to on/off Staircase to walk up to bed was narrow. Not suggesting to stay with elderly family or couples. Only suitable for those would like to cook in the room. Other than that...I found no reason to stay here. This is not a hotel category

Average place to stay in Vienna; haven’t seen a single member of staff for the complete duration of the stay - one has to enter a code which is emailed to you to access the rooms, which is fine. Be aware that there‘s also no real physical lock on the door, so anybody entering the right code will be able to come into the room. I would offer the following recommendations…the email sent by the hotel stated that the access would be needed to enter the building (I thought it meant the lobby area, as well as the room)…the rooms could be soundproofed so that the guest does not hear what is happening outside of their door…the stairs in the room to get to the bed area could use traction grip paddin...
