Friendly, huge room, smiling and active staff. Neighborhood is nice and clean. Definitely more civilized than the hotels in some center districts.

Fabulous place clean rooms bathroom and a perfectly designed user friendly kitchenette. They also provided us with coffee and sugar and free wifi within the hotel.. generous offer of 2 beers and 2 water bottles in the room and the location stone’s throw for taking a tram into central Vienna a ride iof 35 minutes.. aldi, soar close by with 3 minutes..if rooms face the main road a bit of noise till ...

The photos are very misleading. The hotel is very run down, narrow, small and smells like cigarette everywhere. I paid extra for the patio but the patio was non like what was advertised. The only reason I am not giving 1 start is because the staff (especially the breakfast staff) were very friendly. Parking is also a disaster. Super tiny.

The hotel is far from the city center, about 30 mins by bus. The room itself was fine, bed was comfortable but pillows could be changed as they were very flat as mentioned by other guests. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had and I'm an experienced travel...

The hotel is nice, close to tram and bus, 2 grocerie stores. The breakfast was good and the free sauna was fabulous. So all in all a good value for money. The only problem that we had, the pillows were awful. As we grow older, we need more neck support when we sleep, and those pillows were so thin. A asked for more pillows that were immediately provided, but it did not solve the problem.
