LifeHotel Vienna Airport (couple trip)

This hotel should not be rated as 4 stars. It feels more like a 1-star motel. The building and rooms are extremely old, and the facilities are in poor condition. There are green bugs 🐛 in the room! The hotel is aware of it They are not handling it. You can not open a windows as more bugs enter. The nets on the windows should be fixed ! The rooms should be cleaned from the bugs. This happens on many rooms. The hotel reception said they can't help about this I could not sleep all night 😱

First of all the hotel and ammeneties are good. Review re location and price - Got this last minute for airport location convenience but ended up being inconvenient - the only way to get here is by taxi or hotel shuttle which is relatively expensive and offsets the decent rates this hotel provides, such that it's better to just get a slightly more expensive room that is easier to maneuver with. This hotel probably passed an upgrade because the rooms are clean and we'll designed. The bed comfortable The equipment is good but only one thing the AC didn't have remote control and the floor fan didn't function as well. The receptionist was professional and the check in was quick. Little bit overpriced but probably because of close location to the airport. Overall experience is good
