Le Méridien Vienna (with baby)

Pathetic service in the You Bar which is part of the hotel. Really bad customer service for the breakfast buffet where no one came to ask if we wanted coffee and to top it off, the waiters felt like they were doing us a favor if we asked for anything. The only two good things was the location of the hotel and the main reception/receptionists were nice.

We stayed at the Le Méridien for 4 nights. It is a great hotel with convenient access to restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff were excellent. The breakfast choices were very good. The omelette station was great. The hotel was a 30 minute walk to the Belvedere palace, less than 5 minutes to the opera house, and a 10 minute walk to old town.

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. It’s such a great location! The rooms feel just a tad dated but it’s still comfortable. The service is great and staff are polite. The gym is a little small but 24 hours. There is public Parking is downstairs and the hotel has valet. Overall would come back again.

First time to Vienna. A beautiful place and people. However the city must go in tandem with the hotel and in Le Meridien we found it!! Staff superb!! Hotel check in and out great...Room perfect!! Bed so comfortable I dropped off in minutes. I've stayed at many 5* hotels but the whole vibe and ambience perfect. Thank you for making our stay an exceptional one...

On paper the hotel seems like quite far away. But it was really in a very nice area. With greenery around it and short distance away from the key sights. It was easy to reach and pleasant walk to these places. Breakfast was great and yes they have staff to find a table and get it cleaned up before showing you to the table. We got interconnecting rooms. But one room was a lot bigger than the other ...
