JO&JOE Vienna (solo trip)

An Outstanding Stay at Jo&Joe This was, by far, the best hostel experience I’ve ever had. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable, and all the facilities were impeccably clean, functional, and stylish. I interacted with several staff members, and without exception, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They truly made the stay even more enjoyable.

Rooms are only ready starting at 3PM, so make sure you have something to do before arriving at the hostel. Overall a very pleasant stay with a cool vibe and lots of activities to do throughout the week. Located in Westbanhof, it's a very centralized area with easy access to buses, trams and subway stations that will take you pretty much anywhere you might wanna go in Vienna.

A perfect place to stay, if you are not expecting a hot tub, satellite TV, or any TV to watch with friends. Nevertheless, I would enjoy it even more if the room had a small table with a few chairs. The upper bunk beds are simply too high to talk with friends downstairs, not to mention having a beer or whatever else. And sink is supposed to be there where toilet seat is, not there were shower is. I...

Staying at this hostel was such a fun twist, being located right on top of IKEA and just steps away from Wien Westbahnhof, where you can easily catch a train or bus to the airport. It has one of the largest common areas I’ve see, two floors, and the open-concept bar makes it easy to meet people. The rooms were spacious even with 6 beds, and having a clean in-room toilet and shower was a big plus. ...

I will admit, when I first met Joe upon arrival I was a little bit apprehensive as he was very tall, muscular, and intimidating. Besides, I was a little bit late to arrive. But it turns out looks aren't always what they seem, as Joe was the loveliest owner I have ever met. He personally showed me around the hostel, and wow was I impressed.
