Very friendly and helpful staff- nothing was too much bother any time of the day. Good breakfast options and great coffee machine. Room was comfortable and clean despite being slightly dated. Shower pressure was adequate. No in room locker although the hotel felt secure and had no issues. Late checkout at 12pm was appreciated. Would book again.

I stayed here while attending a course at the VIC. It's an upgrade from the budget Ibis (where I stayed the last time I was in Vienna) and worth the upgrade in my opinion. However, you still get what you pay for. The room, amenities and bathrooms are adequate, I had no major complaints. It was clean, great value for money. Staff was nice. Close to what we wanted to see. Parking is tricky and doesn't work well but it's not their fault it's run by another company. A thousand thanks to Mercedes for her kindness for several days. Keep it for a long time because of such a workforce you have good memories of a hotel. The cleaners took away a huge amount of our change bottles.
