Hotel Zeitgeist Vienna Hauptbahnhof (couple trip)

Claudia, aka the Roadrunner, is amazing. Consider yourself lucky if you get to meet her at the breakfast buffet. She checks you in, she cleans off tables, she comes and checks on you, etc. In other words she does the job of three people. The manager of this hotel should consider her a truly valuable employee that deserves a raise.

Stayed here for two nights with my wife. Great and organic breakfast food . Clean rooms with comfy mattresses and very helpful staff..The location is great. You can walk a few blocks to some shopping and good restaurants. I would return in a heartbeat. Loved Vienna! Loved the name of the hotel . Reminded me of Political Science class in college

First of all, i have been staying a lot of hotels due to my job. İ have never seen such a rude person, bad atittude, vengeful, resentful towards the customer. My room is really smell bad it was also not normal room. The floor is dirty, no carpet big issue is smell bad. İ couldn sleep because of this situation. Amazing breakfast, even for vegetarians. Superbly located near the tram, metro and bus station. Two stops away from the centre of town. Rooms are a bit weird as the showers don't have a door - it's an enclosure but every awkward when you are sharing rooms and have to step out for your towel/ clothes.

High standard 4* hotel with many design details which do hotel slightly outstanding. Everywhere is clean and everything works as you expect. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast restaurant. The location near the main train station is an advantage if you want to explore the surroundings of Vienna. I had a good and satisfied feeling from my stay.
