Hilton Vienna Plaza (with kids)

We loved staying here. The staff where friendly. They do seem to hold functions in the lobby area so you need to make your way through them to get to the lifts on occasion. You can walk to all the attractions from here if feeling fit, but there is also an entrance to a train station just around the side of the building which is so convenient. There was also a tram stop at the other side.

Right from the the grand entrance to the room, the interiors of the hotel are simply superb. The warm hospitality of the staff was second to none. To name a few Kristopher, Mustafa, Florian, Reddy, the bartender all were humble and friendly. The breakfast was of a vast variety to cater for everyone. Their smoothies are to crave for. The cocktails were great too.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hilton Vienna Plaza. The room was spacious, the bathroom was spotless, and everything was well-maintained, making our experience truly pleasant. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city centre, with easy access to the airport and train station, which made getting around very convenient. Room is modern furnished. Everything I needed during my stay was available: water kettle, iron, safe, fridge toiletries ..the location was also close to a supermarket and five minutes walk to the underground. Four stars because the view of the room was not fabulous.

Loved this hotel, wish I could have stayed for longer. Location was great, walkable to most of the city with lots of tram lines nearby. Rooms were a really good size as well as being immaculate. I loved the executive lounge, excellent choice of Austrian wines as well as delicious salads, local cheeses and soup available between 5 and 7 in the evening.
