Hilton Vienna Park (solo trip)

I booked this hotel out of convenience and am only now finding out it’s supposedly a five star hotel?? Service is at a low standard, check in was slow and done with the pleasantness of an overworked US border control agent. Elevators were malfunctioning, their printers were broken, checkout was just as disappointing. Amenities? Did this supposedly five star hotel have them? Not worth the money.

Amazing location with a grocery store across the street if you’re not in the moss for more restaurant food. Lots of sights to see around the hotel and a beautiful park nearby. Rooms were clean and the hotel is very nice and up to date.

Highly recommend this property! Quick stay very close to train station Mitte and Vienna park and very convenient since had very early flight ( only 5 min walk to station and about 20 min train ride) staff very attentive and special recognition to Nikki and Michaela from bar for accommdating me for a quick drink before closing. They are great addition to the property! Will definitely stay again :)

Location is excellent. Beds are very comfortable. Food is good. Only I think that breakfast should be served until 11 o'clock. And for the 5* hotel I would expect that you will get a proper tea spoon. It's not a Macdonald's.
