I would say 3,5 to be exact. The place is renovated, seems to be a former apartment building. What really bugged was the street noise. Insane. If you have sleeping issues - beg for a room facing anything but not the railway station. In the middle of September it was very hot. Maybe we had some boiler close by but it was crazy. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, and it was extremely hot at night, so we couldn’t sleep. In the mornings, we had to wake up at 5:00 AM because we had to keep the windows fully open to be able to sleep.
