The hotel is far from tourist attractions, so if you find it worth the money, you will spend more on expensive transportation in Vienna. The staff (ladies) especially, I am sorry to say are extremely rude, unhelpful, unwelcoming and don't want to take any moment to cooperate with guest. As a Hilton Diamond member, I am shocked at the experience I had at this property. Hilton has always been my “home away from home,” but this hotel simply does not meet Hilton standards. Honestly, it feels more like a poorly run motel than a Hilton. When I finally got to my room (after a long flight), it was in the middle of the garden with no view. I had to go back to reception to get it changed....

Modern hotel, excellent rooms, walking distance to Schönbrunn. What is lacking is the quality of the breakfast. The problem is not the selection, but rather the ingredients and the attention. Orange juice is not worth watering down so much, for example. What is above class is the salty croissant. Overall, excellent value for money, a sure point for future trips to Vienna.

Enjoyed the welcome cookie 🍪 😋. Room was clean and when we asked for a room make- up it was made. Breakfast was very good with multiple varieties. Enjoyed my whole stay in general, thank you! But one negative thing to share! Room service staff threw away the food i stored in the fridge before the check-out time, and placed our luggage beside the door!

Got a complementary cookie with check in, I don't know if I was tired but it was honestly one of the best cookies I've ever had.
