Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna - 4 Stars superior (solo trip)

Note that this rating is only about the food service. I had a chance to attend a 3 course dinner / buffet prepared for a big group. Everything was delicious. The dessert was one of the best I've had in a while.

Dirty, stinky carpets throughout the hotel. The toilet paper was the lowest quality possible and very rough. The towels were the thinnest, cheapest, and smallest you could imagine. No coffee maker in the room. Housekeeping was awful, they never replaced the refreshments or even the cups. I really enjoyed the spacious rooms that this hotels offers!! The bathroom was well equipped and comfortable for two people to use simultaneously (the toilet was separate from the shower/basin. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast had many many options. Totally recommend, also in a very convenient area close to Belvedere and the rennweg metro station.

Best hotel I stayed at during my vacation to Europe. The rooms were very large, easily enough room for 2-3 people and comfortable to relax in with a desk and a couch and seating area. Bathroom was huge. The AC worked great. The location is right next to the metro/train station, and major tram and bus lines that go right into old town. I would stay at this hotel again.
