-Standard and clean looking rooms with most of the basic amenities (except for an electric kettle, which I had to ask from reception). This hotel is good if you have to go to the Stadthalle for a concert/event.. otherwise is far enough from the centre (at least not a walking distance). The mall nearby was not a nice place to visit and didn't feel safe for a woman. The hotel itself was clean, but needs improvements

This hotel was amazing in everything. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel was central. Excellent service and value of money. Thank you so much and we will be using this hotel in future bookings.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. The washroom smelled like mold with a strong, pungent odor that made the room completely uninhabitable. We stayed here with a group of 65 for a vocational youth pilgrimage, and the experience was excellent. The hotel was very accommodating, and the staff handled our large group smoothly. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and had efficient air conditioning—great for the summer heat.
