Adina Apartment Hotel Vienna Belvedere (with baby)

My week + a day at the Adina was exceptional. My room was clean and cozy. I stayed in a wheelchair-accessible room there for 5 nigths with my rolling girlfriend and it was 95% OK for her, the foldable shower-seat was very low (they gave us a small other seat as an alternative instead) and there was no shower-curtain in the bathroom. And the breakfast-buffet doesn´t really offer much choice if you are vegan or eat gluten-free ... But otherwise its very modern, staff were...

A very comfortable hotel. Located just on the other side of the Old Town. You have a quick walk through a tunnel in the hillside into the old town. Thus, it is a excellent location. The staff was excellent and helpful. Within a short walk there is a grocery store and pharmacy as well as several restaurants. Directly across from the hotel is a Chinese restaurant that does a very, very good job.

Unfortunately the cleaning service definitely needs improvement. In both of the apartments we booked, there were sticky marks on the furniture, the floors were poorly vacuumed, and it was clear that under the beds hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The cabinet handles were also dirty, and there were insects running around the apartment — which is absolutely unacceptable for this price range. Apa...

Very very very pleasant stay here! Loved that it's near the train station enough to be convenient but also far enough to be private. Rooms were huge and clean, there's a washer/dryer and even provided detergent. Service was amazing, the reception ladies were always very helpful in whatever we needed. We even left the luggage till 9pm (on checkout day), used the shower and towels. Highly recommen...
