I'm not into dinosaurs or rocks, but thoroughly enjoyed this museum because of the extensive human evolution galleries. There are a number of rooms devoted to Neolithic man up to iron age man. Tools, jewelry, implements, textiles, and a few bones are included. The main draw for me were the two Venus figurines. The most famous is the delightful Venus of Willendorf, found not far away in the Wachau ...

Highly recommended! The Natural History Museum offers such a different experience compared to other museums. The dinosaur fossils are absolutely fascinating and a true highlight. What struck me personally was walking through the crystals, stones, and elements, it felt like seeing all the components I once studied in my high school chemistry book, but in real life! Haha! Alert: people who have ir...

A must-see in Vienna. Everything about this museum was absolutely great. It’s a longer trip, we spent there over 3 hours visiting all the rooms but going through them rather briefly. If you want to see it and read it all, plan a whole day!

A must see Museum! Enjoyed the Animal exhibit the most. About 2/3 of one floor was closed for remodel, and of course, you find this out AFTER YOU BUY THE TICKET. The Dinosaur, Prehistoric displays were amazing. The Price was reasonable even though parts were closed. I highly recommend this Museum…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There's an incredible collection of minerals with spectacular crystals, and a detailed presentation of the evolution of all species, including humans. Everything is well organized and clearly explained. You'll need at least three...
