What makes it 38% Baby-Friendly: Infants need their own match ticket, tours often reject under-1s, concerts ban under-6s, and no in-stadium nursing room or stroller storage makes visits challenging for parents.
Note: Ernst Happel Stadium is 38% Baby-Friendly. You may want to consider other Baby-Friendly Things to Do in Vienna for a more suitable experience.
Why 2–3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Time to explore the exterior, visit the Stadion Center baby care area, and browse the stadium shop without rushing.
Visit Stadion Center Baby Care:
Use the free diaper-changing and nursing rooms one block from the stadium.
Tip: Open Mon–Fri 9 AM–7 PM and Sat 9 AM–6 PM. Arrive early to secure a spot.
Exterior Stadium Walk:
Stroll around the stands and snap photos of the historic facade.
Tip: Paths are flat and stroller-friendly; follow signs from U2 Stadion exit.
Browse Stadium Shop:
Browse Austria team and Vienna club merchandise.
Tip: Look for small souvenirs like scarves or keychains that fit in diaper bags.

Went there for AC/DC concert in June 2024. Very easy to reach with U Bahn at Stadion station, as well excellent organization after the concert when train after train was organized to transport 50 K+ people. Good acoustics and many spots to buy beer. Food options below average and expensive
In summer, bring sunhat and water for your baby. In winter, dress in layers and use stroller rain cover on U2 platform.
