NH Collection Salzburg City (solo trip)

The hotel is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable and well-kept, although a bit small, with good air conditioning. The reception staff are helpful, friendly, and provide great service. Best of all, the hotel’s location is outstanding, right in the heart of the city. I rely on this hotel and highly recommend it.

NH Collection impresses with very friendly staff and smooth check-in/out—checkout even possible via email. The rooms are modern, well-equipped and spotless. The breakfast selection is superb, offering something for every taste above the average hotel breakfast. A comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service all around.

What an amazing hotel with superb staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely, great location and the welcome was first class. I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff who helped look after my group of guests so exceptionally well.

The hotel is overall beautiful and clean comparing to Salzburg standards, but I felt it lacked empathy and warmth. The staff were professional, yes, but had very poker face expressions and weren’t welcoming or friendly, which definitely affects the overall experience.
