Motel One Salzburg-Mirabell (solo trip)

Our room was clean. Otherwise, the room and hotel were, with 200 euros per night over the weekend, very expensive for what they were. One morning we didn‘t have warm water. The breakfast was good with some vegan options (breakfast came with an extra cost of ~18 euros per person). Really nice hotel, next to the river. My room had a balcony which was really cool. Bed was comfy. Service was friendly, location about 15 minutes walk to centre and it's a lovely walk down by the river. Price I paid was good value. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Salzburg.

Best hotel room in a while. Comfy bed, excellent soundproofing, big tv, hot shower, 15 min walk to center. It was only a bit annoying not being able to connect to tv to watch YouTube, but that's personal preference.

If you were in Salzburg, the tourist, you can’t complain about this place. Everything is perfect. Very clean. The rooms are large, right location. Only negative would be nothing hot at breakfast. But that’s really no big deal.

I checked in on 26 August. I fully understand that standard check-in is at 3:00 pm. What was unacceptable was the way it was handled.
