I was honestly hesitant about staying at this hotel because of the numerous negative reviews, and unfortunately my experience confirmed that there are indeed real issues. In my stay, the main problems can be summarized in two points: 1. Parking – This is a headache for both guests and the front desk. Staff were very welcoming and helpful each day. Room was not cleaned when requested, just the bed was made. Underneath the bed was extremely dusty. Received a free drink as a welcome gift which was nice. If room was cleaned when requested and underneath bed was swept, I would have rated 5 stars Staff at front is 5 stars though

Great experience at the hotel. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, the lady at the reception that checked us in, the two gentleman.
