Leonardo Hotel Salzburg City Center (couple trip)

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. We booked this hotel for 2 nights stay for a very high price. We were mainly influenced by the past hotel rating. To our surprise the hotel lacks basic facilities . To start with they told our room was upgraded but to our discomfort we were provided with a room with two double beds which was an overhead for 2 people stay. Air conditioner was not working &...

Professional hotel appearance and warm welcoming staff. The room was great. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I've stayed at this Hotel 3 times and will be back for a 4th. Parking is tight so if you need it, make sure it's available.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. A very easy walk to get into the heart of town. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Everyone who worked at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Just a short 10 minute walk through a tunnel to old town and all Salzburg attractions. Plenty of restaurants, shops, parks, and all that Salzburg has to offer is within walking distance.
