Zero Amenities And Not Helpful Staff The room doesn’t have basic amenities and room is very small. Also, one of the receptionist guy in the evening was really rude. In room they don’t provide anything. Not even kettle for coffee or tea. You have to go all the way to downstairs to get a small cup of coffee from the common area. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was small but they made good use of the space. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed the common areas. The Garden was lovely to sit in after a long day. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Close to train station, gardens, and old town. Lovely stay.

The staff were amazing and helpful on our travel plans. The breakfast was amazing with lots of homemade products. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. I love the public areas such as the back yard, living room and coffee available 24/7.

Nice spacious rooms, old though. Some has patio or small living with foyer. Staff cordial, however, available is only up to 8pm. I had G4 allotted which is way from main building. Post evening, access is thru lift And long way back. Clean toilets. Found 1-2 roaches. Make sure to close windows, otherwise, there will be mosquitoes. On the site parking for free. Lovely spacious room with garden-facing balcony, very comfortable bed, and a truly lovely staff to make you feel welcome.
