Visited with my family and initially found our room to be quite small, but everything changed the moment I walked past "The View" Suite (“The King Suite” as one of the staff retorted). Hotel Bristol Salzburg is absolutely stunning. The staff were so friendly and the service was faultless. When I couldn’t retrieve a bag of laundry locally, the hotel went out of their way to collect it and even posted it to my next destination — incredible service! The location is beautiful, the hotel itself is elegant, rooms beautiful. We cannot wait to stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Bristol we had a marvellous view room was very clean. The receptionist at the time of my stay was very very attentive and tried to help in everything I asked or questioned has for comments of the Hotel being tired.
