Good location and our suite was very large. I appreciated the free coffee from the lounge machine – a nice touch. However, there were several drawbacks: no air conditioning, and too much noise from revellers and church bells to leave the windows open in August. Furnishings were fairly basic, plug sockets for charging devices were lacking or awkwardly placed, and our room wasn’t made up as houseke...

The rooms were ok but the people taking care of guests not at all. They offer bus tickets to guests but stay quiet about it and when u ask for them, make many excuses to not honor their promise. Staff is not friendly at all, especially considering it ain't cheap and guests are their customers. Would not consider to go back. Plus, entrance no ramp for luggage which makes it very inconvenient, and w...

Beds were comfortable....

You can easily walk, or catch a bus or tram, to all the attractions. Lots of F&B and shopping opti...

We loved this hotel in the heart of Salzburg. Such a beautiful place to stay. It was a large 2 bedroom apartment and was great for a family of four. Would highly recommend stay here. Hopefully we will be back for another visit :)
