Altstadthotel Kasererbräu (solo trip)

Very enjoyable 4 days here, it felt almost dream like, quietly efficient and personal attention at the same time, extremely quiet nights. Definitely recommend staying here.

Really poor hotel lacking in service, quality, amenities, and location. It does not look good inside nor outside. The front desk is completely unable to help. Upon using restaurant for breakfast, it was too much flies all over the foods and didn’t look good at all for cleaning point of view . After talking to person in charge restaurant he said it is very normal here. He was not receptive to accepting even covering food dishes . I would not recommend anyone to stay here from food and health point of view with careless behavior and ignorance.

It’s a nice location in town but the internet didn’t work and was listed as a hotspot when I connected. I couldn’t complete my work obligations or even watch something online because of it. Mr Qutiaba (desk person) was not helping at all. At 7am in the morning (while checking out), showed him to hold the hotel front vacant parking for myself when I was bringing my car from city parking (as the hotel failed to provide one), he made sure the parking was occupied when I returned back in 5 min.
