Volksgarten in Salzburg is a truly charming place worth visiting! 🌿🌸 The park is beautifully maintained, with lovely walking paths, green spaces, and a peaceful pond that creates a relaxing atmosphere. It’s perfect both for a quiet stroll and for outdoor activities like jogging or cycling. You can see locals and visitors alike enjoying the park – families with children, people walking their dogs...

Volksgarten ist a nice and peaceful place for jogging and walking in the city center on the riverbank. There's also a big and nice playground in it, workout and a private tennisplace. Red Bull ICEArena, a good parking. The busstation for 6,7,10,12,160.

Beautiful park with plenty of areas for different types of activities and a good place to bring kids with you. There are multiple interesting playgrounds for kids. Sometimes there are some shows or plays for kids.

One worker(with long hair) from the Kiosk where the children can go with the boat pushed my child twice aggressiv while i was asking her to stop it. For me this was not respect at all, plus i never expect that would happen, it was a such a beautiful day in a place witch they called "for children" someone like that so unprepared. Horrible Situation

Best playground for kids in town. We spent hours here and we wanted to stay more (if only we could). Plus, it's all new and comfortable to reach by bike.
In summer, use the Freibad pool, SalzBeach and free Live in Salzburg workshops in late August. In winter, book Winterfest circus shows (Nov–Jan) and lace up skates at the park’s ice rink. Verify dates and times on the city website.
