An absolute gem of a museum.. Almost impossible to see everything in one day.. Friendly staff, beautiful location and good value tickets.. Our 2nd visit but will come again..

Lovely afternoon viewing all the old houses. We also took the train ride around the site. Great place for children to run around or use the playground. Bring your own picnic, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the tranquility.

A very large outdoor museum of buildings from over 6 centuries! Many are farmhouses so seemed repetitive. The more unique buildings such as the gendarmerie (police station) and border control building stood out. There's also a train that can take you around the site as it's a lot of walking.
