It's a beautiful city bell in a cozy and charming town. Around these fountains and restaurants. Beautiful historic area.

Pretty sure I either missed a lot in this museum or large segments of it were not open to the public at the time of my visit. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting Salzburg! It was a modern museum with a touch of something for everyone, from the paintings of the city to special exhibits on coffee to the children's area! If you're here, GO!!

In summer, visit early to catch the 7 am carillon session when the square is quiet. In winter, galleries stay warm and peaceful—pair your visit with a stroll through the nearby Christmas markets.
