Took my family there for Level up. Level up was fun, but the past 2 years were better. This year when you walked in you were not wowed by the main stage. It was hidden away sadly. The cosplay stage was horrible. It was over crowded with not enough seats. With everyone standing no one could see the cosplay properly.

The halls are huge and are often joined/linked together depending how large the convention is. The outdoor areas are spacious. The halls and outdoor areas are always kept clean during the conventions. Its always a plea...

The staff and the security people working here are absolutely helpful and friendly. The initial check in was smooth and overall experience was go...
