Basically a bunch of museums put together, you have the one connected to Salzburg Cathedral, residence gallery, state rooms and the museum of St Peter. You can also get a better view on the fountain and the center in general while going though the tour. Beatiful museum but the reason for the 2 stars is that they put contemporary art in the middle of multiple rooms which really harm the atmospher...

Wonderful place from outside as well as inside. The cathedral is impressive and the museum part is very interesting too. There were several exhibitions available and we can only recommend visiting them.

The best museum in Salzburg. I had the chance to visit with the Salzburg card, half a day was not enough. You can go through several exhibitions and the Salzburg Cathedral. Very amazed!

This place is definitely worth a visit. Very palatial, wonderful exhibitions, access to the attic of the Dome organ and the adjacent terrace with a beautiful view.
