Decent room on the top floor; felt clean and had some interesting views, yet also very little privacy from windows across the alley. The room was a little difficult to get to as parking was blocks away, we had to go through a crowded outsoor restaurant/dancing area, and then into what felt like a restaurant to find the stairs to the rooms. When we arrived the downstairs smelled of smoke (a literal pub downstairs) so it’s definitely not a baby friendly accommodation. The bed touches the ground and is absolutely horrible. I rather sleep outside than in this dump. Don’t believe the other reviews saying how good it is. It’s a lie.

The room was very clean and with very pleasant design. It has everything that you need - hairdryer, small kitchen, etc. The location was more than excellent - 7 minutes from the main train and bus station, in central place with cafes and shops nearby, city centre was easy to reach by foot. You have to possibility to use luggage room before checking in or after checking out. I liked the funny notes...

We stayed here for 2 nights, the facilities are super nice and the location is close to the city centre. However, when it comes to service, I have to give the hotel 0 stars. We booked the room through Booking.com and missed the opportunity to give them our private email addresses. Apparently they are supposed to send us an Innsbruck Welcome Card which includes free transport in the city of Innsbru...

We were stopping over in Innsbruck to break up what would’ve been a long train journey from Vienna to Zurich. Urban Inn was a clean, modern & stylish stay that far exceeded expectations. We were a family of 4 (adults) and the apartment was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. It is walking distance to the old town & train station with many restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend!
