A belated review from a winter holiday with the whole family! It was a lovely visit from start to finish, with wonderful accommodations and team members, food and bar, spa, pool, beautiful snowy outdoors to enjoy from the windows indoors or with glühwein outside...a perfect place to enjoy the holidays with family (very kid friendly too!), and I hope to come back soon!

The suite we booked was lovely, my only complaint was the glass door to the bathroom which allowed for zero privacy, which is why I gave it a 3. It was a problem for us because we traveled with another member and they had to enter the suite past the glass door. Which also meant it was difficult to go lay in the beautiful tub.
