Nala Individuellhotel (couple trip)

We picked this hotel for a short stay in summer and it was perfect. The rooms are well designed and comfortable, and the peaceful garden at the back was an oasis on a hot August day. I left something in the safe, and the team acted immediately and helped to send it on to me. They were extremely friendly and helpful, I could not have asked for better service.

Great hotel with personalized service from friendly staff. A beautiful outdoor area open 24/7 perfect for breakfast relaxing during the summer or having evening drinks. Easy walk to the old town.

We stayed for one night. Hotel provided a parking spot for around 15€/night. It was a few streets away, but we could unload our luggage from the temporary parking in front of the hotel. So no biggy. The breakfast for 18€/person is absolutely worth it. It was probably the best hotel breakfast we ever had! Overall a very enjoyable stay with a clean room, nice staff and a great breakfast.

Nala is the best base camp for adventures in and around Innsbruck. It offers a tranquil and sophisticated resting place with its uniquely designed rooms and excellent location within the city. It is easy walking distance from popular attractions, and the train station. The staff is friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful offering suggestions and assistance during your stay. A fantastic few days spent at this lovely hotel in the heart of Innsbruck. Great room, really comfortable bed and everything you could possibly need. Sophia on the front desk deserves a special mention.
