Hotel Penz West (couple trip)

Super awesome and helpful reception, the greatest view ever and great breakfast! They even give you free Bus and Bicycle passes so driving around in Insbruck will be free during your stay! Very recommended!

The view from our room was amazing, and breakfast had lots of variety. But the F-line bus to the city comes every 15 minutes or more, and even less often at night. There’s only one nearby stop, and in the evening the area feels a bit empty and quiet.

Had a great time visiting Innsbruck while based out of the Penz West. The staff was incredibly accommodating. The rooms were perfect with one looking right over the airport runway - a big hit with my aviation loving grandsons. The breakfast in the morning was an incredible "auflage".

At first I was a little non plussed. No water in the room and no tea and coffee making facilities. Also had to phone for a bath robe. BUT, after that, everything perfect. Good room clean and spacious. Attentive staff and the cleanest gym I’ve ever experienced. The airport is literally a 5 minute walk and you get a free bus pass into Innsbruck centre.
