Excellent location, beautiful views, and very clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is THE place to stay while staying in Innsbruck! The room was so well played out and the bathroom is very pretty. The continental breakfast was above absolutely average! The view from our room was amazing. The only drawback is you have to park a little over a block away and have to drag your suitcases down a narrow (very) winding road while trying to avoid vehicles. This hotel was our favorite of many in our European vacation. The service, especially front desk, was warm, accommodating, and very thorough in helping with directions, food suggestions, etc. The family room is spacious enough for two parents and two teenages who each loved having their own bed.
