Hotel Kapeller Innsbruck (couple trip)

Modest room. A kettle and tea/coffee-making set were available upon request at the reception. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection. The only downside was the placement of the toilet right by the bathroom door — it's easy to hit someone’s knees when entering the bathroom if someone is already using it

Lovely place to stay at, with very kind hosts! The area was very pleasant, outside the city centre with beautiful houses you might not see otherwise (but city centre is still very close with the tram, 15-20 min). Thank you for a great stay. The hospitality was excellent - the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of tasty options to choose from for breakfast. I had a single room which was modern, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean with a powerful shower. Tea and coffee facilities are not available in the room but you can request them from reception. Wh...

We had a spacy room for us, which was very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, if there were any questions they could help us. The location is great, the tram is only a few minutes from the hotel and you're in the city in about 15 mins with it. The breakfast was very good, hot and cold drinks and all kind of food for everyone.

Perfect location when being in Innsbruck for skiing, with this location u avoid crowd in downtown, but still 15min away with tram, and like 25 walking. The hotel is spotless clean, breakfast is nice, and they have private parking. The people working are all so nice and helpful. Conclusion is we would come back definitely.
