Hotel Dasmei (couple trip)

Great little hotel just outside Innsbruck with amazing views. Rooms were of good size , well appointed and clean. Service was very good, staff were friendly and very helpful.

Lovely hotel rooms and really comfy. Restaurant food was great also. Only downside was there was wedding happening on the night we stayed and we were allocated a room right above it which meant not the best sleep. Allowed me to make a last minute online booking, 1 hour in advance only to tell me my room is directly above a wedding party that's allowed to continue to 4am... The receptionist was kind enough to refund my non-refundable booking but this room should never have been made available for booking. Had to scramble to find another room at 9pm on a Saturday evening...

We only stayed for one night — maybe 10 hours in total — but I was genuinely impressed. We arrived around 9:00 PM on July 15th and were warmly welcomed by a kind lady at the reception. Emily at the front desk made my stay awesome. Went out of her way to help. People like her make a good hotel into a great one who do thier job with utmost sincerity and go beyond the call of duty. 10 stars. Special mention to Simon in the evening shift as well, very helpful.
