What makes it 42% Baby-Friendly: Babies may enter free, yet no listed nursing room, changing table or stroller parking exists, and loud music plus cold air can upset infants, so only short, well-timed visits are advisable.

I was recently here for Belfast Giants game against Innsbruck. Everyone was super helpful. The merch stand inside only takes cash though. I didn't buy any drinks or food but it seems you have to buy a card and load money onto it. Good idea but only if you are going to more than one game.
