The best gym in Innsbruck, there is plenty of spots, and apart from 17-19 it is not too packed. They are the only one gym in Innsbruck to offer cancel-anytime option. The only nit: I would prefer more free weight areas instead of the machines.

Fairly decently equipped commercial gym that is open 24/7 and is in a fairly central location in the city. Can be somewhat crowded depending on the time you’re going there. Also for some inexplicable reason, there were lots of 15kg plates but almost no 20kg plates.
In January evenings fill with New Year crowds—use the app to find off-peak slots. Summer afternoons are quieter for solo visits.
