I accidentally booked the wrong date and had already passed the free cancellation period. I thought I would have to forfeit the payment and find somewhere else to stay last minute. But Argelie and Sabin were incredibly helpful, they quickly arranged a new room for me so I wouldn’t be left without a place to stay tonight, and even helped communicate with the booking platform to get my mistaken book...
