If you like crowds of people in your five stay hotel this is the place to be. I have never seen so much overcrowding in a five star hotel. People everywhere. Long lines to register, an hour line wait for breakfast. Lifts packed with people. There seemed to be too many people for the public space available. Lots of lovely staff available trying to make up for a lack of physical facilities...

Brand new hotel in Sydney. We were treated to a room upgrade I think which was amazing.(or at least one on the corner facing darling harbour ?)
