The room was lovely, the decor of a little dated. The pillows were horrible- too big, hard and lumpy. Food was great, love that the chef will cook your eggs to order. On the day of check out they deactivated our room key 1.5 hours before the allocated check out time. Kept us waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come and open our door- no one came. Then sent someone up to bring our bags down- 2 mi...

It's located in the middle of the city, so everything is convenient and nice. I liked a comfortable bed. But the cup and spoon in the room were dirty so I washed and used it. The cleaning condition was not at the level of a five-star hotel. Other than that, it was generally comfortable and good.

Check-in at the hotel was seamless, with beautifully designed and impeccably clean rooms. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful stay. Everything you could need was right at your doorstep—delicious restaurants, vibrant bars, and easy access to the tram for getting around the city.

From appearance, facilities, staff and location, this hotel provides it all. We enjoyed a 3 night stay after traveling on the Indian Pacific. Situated around the corner from the mall, and very close to the stunning Queen Victoria and Strand Arcades you couldn't ask for a better location. It's a short walk to Darling Harbor and the tram is right there if you don't feel like walking to Circular Q...

Thank-you to all members of the team. Helpful, friendly, and willing to cater for all my needs. It’s in the small things. Clean room, amazing view, lovely food, awesome massage (top 10 of all time!), and the general flexibility demonstrated to help when I wasn’t well.
