Shangri-La Sydney (couple trip)

Has been a long time desire of mine, since the building of the hotel 20 years ago to visit and take in the views of Sydney harbour. I was not disappointed, booked a 31st floor room with views of vivid and have loved every minute. Staff have been great, rooms are lux. The staff at this hotel are extremely well trained and made us feel like valued guests the moment we arrived. I was impressed with the high end complimentary bathroom products. The view from my room was amazing. No detail was left out in these rooms. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Bit of a mixed bag. Arrived for a stay on the June long weekend. A queue of people checking in almost out the front door, and of course, not enough check-in staff at the counter to handle the crowd efficiently. The room was pleasant enough. Amazing Hotel with awesome location and very attentive staff. The views from the tower suite were amazing and the room is fantastic and luxurious, Club Horizon was fantastic and well worth it. A coupe of issues though. They charged me 2 lots of deposits on my room, meaning they held over $1000 of my money and 6 days later it still has not been refunded to my account. This hotel is amazing. We were upgraded to a corner suite which was brilliant fur us and our daughter, she had a big separate space. Views of the harbour and opera house WOW. the staff were so accommodating which helped male our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
