The stay from check in to departure was 5 star. All the staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed on level 10 and made use of the business lounge. We had a 2 night stay and our experience was great. Full points to the cleanliness and the location. The rooms are sparklingly clean and the bathrooms look glamorous.
