He was wonderful and demeanor with my jet lagged family. we were the first at the buffet, and our coffee and hot chocolate came with beautiful designs. Great location to Darling Harbour. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, lots of available food options and your first burrito coffee is free. The rooms are comfortable however our TV remote and the lamp did not work. Without the TV you are unable to get any info regarding the hotel.
