Was only here for a weekend trip but check in was overall what stood out the most for us. After a long, exhausting day, (especially with an infant), especially with flights and having to get our rental, our check in with one of the receptionist name Patricia, overall was amazing! She checked us in and made everything so seamless for us, which we were overall thankful for. I cannot thank her enough...

location good. Basic room amenity good. Air conditioner not working when I arrived- needed maintenance to fix it. The air conditioner (fan) itself is very noisy. The shower- tends to leave the adjacent floor wet unless one carefully angles the shower head. Restaurant food- i had the fish as a main when i dined in. Reads better than it tastes. The presentation was good , but the fish texture and...

Great location, perfect for winter get away with the kids swimming in the indoor pool. Buffet breakfast had a good variety. Room and beds comfortable. Only down fall was some rubbish not cleaned up from previous stay between beds and side table.

We stayed for a short city break for our little family, enjoyed the close access to public transport. We found all staff to be friendly and approachable, the facilities were great, experienced the pool upstairs which my son loved, had a buffet breakfast one morning. The rooms were small, but it was all we really needed. Parking was easy as, a little pricey but the multiple entries was useful as wa...

Tea and coffee are available to make. We also enjoyed the city view. Breakfast was an absolute treat. Lots of gluten-free options and beautiful fresh fruits as well as traditional hot foods. Beautiful hot...
