Mercure Sydney (couple trip)

Was only here for a weekend trip but check in was overall what stood out the most for us. After a long, exhausting day, (especially with an infant), especially with flights and having to get our rental, our check in with one of the receptionist name Patricia, overall was amazing! location good. Basic room amenity good. Air conditioner not working when I arrived- needed maintenance to fix it. The air conditioner (fan) itself is very noisy. Great location, perfect for winter get away with the kids swimming in the indoor pool. Buffet breakfast had a good variety. Room and beds comfortable. Only down fall was some rubbish not cleaned up from previous stay between beds and side table.

We stayed for a short city break for our little family, enjoyed the close access to public transport. Very happy with our room. It was neat and clean. We stayed in a double family room. The room was not massive but completely functional and suited us perfectly. Had a lovely bath in the bathroom.
