The service was ok but could have been better. We booked a twin room. When we checked in we discovered that the aircon was not working. When we confirmed with the lady at reception she said the room was booked for maintance on the 9th of june but they had gone ahead and booked the room out. They did not offer to give us another room instead they offered us these cheap heaters that dry up the air. ...

Similar to another customer, it took 20 days and two calls to the hotel to get my $50 deposit released. Staff were unhelpful in explaining why this took so long in the first place, and why it was not done upon checking out as I was advised it would be. The accommodation itself was ok, no microwave though and no blackout curtains (only sheer ones), which was alarming when a member of the public wa...

The hotel took a 50 AUD deposit before my stay and promised to refund it upon check-out, but this commitment has turned out to be completely deceptive. I checked out on April 6, 2025, and the hotel staff assured me that the deposit would be refunded within a few business days. However, as of today, April 28, 2025, I still have not received the refund. Despite contacting the hotel multiple times, ...

Very good value room which is well appointed, clean and comfy bed. Mini bar prices are $4 for anything from can or packet of chips to chocolate. So bring your own, fridge holds a reasonable amount. Ideal for business users looking for a place to stay for a quiet night whilst working in the area. It has an on-site restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner at pretty reasonable prices. These are the ...

Stayed here as it was very convenient, and also had a great experience 10 years ago. Parking was good and free. The staff were great. The room was clean and well decorated. Shower was good - nice hot water. The bed, however, was another story! The mattress was failing big time. It was very soft as the springs had collapsed. They squeaked with every movement. The bed should have been replaced years...
