Stayed here few times, not much of status recognition. Never received more than one category upgrade or no upgrade at all. Club lounge is the highlight of this hotel for its view during breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes are ok. Location is superb as you can walk anywhere easily

Everything about the hotel was great! Very beautiful rooms, nice breakfast, amazing staff, great location, and more. It is a great place to stay within Sydney. The room itself is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel itself is very modern with many floors and a sky bar. I would stay here again!

I wasn’t staying at the hotel, just visiting a guest — but from the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. We enjoyed evening canapés which were absolutely delicious, and the kitchen wait staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The service and quality were truly superb, and it left such a great impression that it’s inspired us to plan a little hotel stay of our own soon. Highly reco...

The view from this hotel is just amazing! Plenty of places to enjoy the view from — the upgraded rooms, the Aster bar on the top floor, the early arrival welcome lounge, and even the gym on the top floor. My favorite thing was the early arrival lounge since my flight got in so early and I got to the hotel around 8 AM, way too early for a standard check-in. However, they had a beautiful lounge wit...

Wonderful luxury hotel. Maybe the best one I’ve ever been and I’m genuinely looking forward to be here again someday. First of all, the architecture itself is historic and beautiful with tons of Georgian features. The elevator in the lobby is so classic and elegant, you can’t miss it once you walked in. The deco of the restaurant at the second floor is so elegant and peaceful, you get to fully en...
