The valet and reception staff were exceptional: attentive and friendly. However this is our second stay and the bar/restaurant service is slow, there is little urgency and it appears they are regularly understaffed. For what the price of the hire, food and drinks, service should be much better and more efficient. Which is disappointing. overall we had a wonderful stay.
