Stayed there about a month ago, check in & check out was pretty fast. Room was a good size, clean & comfortable beds. Only thing is the aircond gets very cold at night & can’t be turned down or off. Would be great if they provided drinking water in the room & also bathroom amenities without having to go to the front desk to get it. Parking was conveniently located underground. I have been a frequent guest at this wonderful hotel for the last seven years. I have always found the reception staff to be courteous, welcoming and efficient. It's good value. The room was nice and clean. The hotel should give a big credit to the housekeeping. Breakfast was not good, especially the scrambled egg, which tasted weird. The hotel is close to Macquarie Uni, but I prefer to take Uber if you carry two suitcases like me.
